I’m looking forward to a lot of things about this week. For one, I’m staying diligently busy on a baby shower I’m hosting this Saturday. (Woo hoo) And two, we just joined our local YMCA (after months and months spent deliberating between there and the local rec center.) Gen and I swam our hearts out yesterday and it was simply wonderful…
Here’s to a good week full of productivity and optimism.
Meanwhile here you are cooking again! If I had the kind of week you’ve had, I’d be in a corner in a fetal position with the Chinese take-out place on speed dial.
I love the way you look at life…literally one day at a time. You inspire me to work harder and do more! I love reading your blog!
MMMM, homemade mac-n-cheese. Good choice!
Nothing like swimming laps for relaxation and a little peaceful time, I do it a few days a week.Your menu look delicious, everynight sounds great, what time shall I be over? :)
I could go either way… Chinese take-out or the homemade goodness of mac-n-cheese. Hope you’re doing okay after your week :)
Oh, I needed your positive outlook today! Thanks for the inspiration!
you girls are so funny… Optimism is key. sometimes it is just overwhelming to hold on to…
How was the mac and cheese?
I am all for productivity! Excellent attitude to start out the week.
wow, dude. i wish i could be this organized!

Can’t wait to hang out at the Y. We go Mon, Wed and Fri in the afternoons.
OMG I love tater tots! Just love them! And the Zuc-boats, I’m all over it. Oh hell, it all sounds good!
Cooking is theraupeutic – and so is reading your weekly menu. I no longer want to just sit around and cry. hehehe! (Not that I was, it’s just a good read!)
Oooooo, can I have dinner at your house? All week?? What a great way to spend some quality time. I love the Y!
