About…

This is the little corner of the web where I hang out. I am an author who may talk about my projects from time to time. Sometimes I post on my blog, most often I’m microblogging over on Instagram. Most weeks you can find me on the Rainy Day Collective Podcast. As a life coach/mentor, I have devoted my time to walking through hard, traumatic things with women.

Why?

Because sometimes life can feel overwhelming and hard to navigate, and I can help. I’m not a magician, but together we can make it better–not just for today, but for tomorrow too.

Who am I? I’m Mae (some call me Misty and that works too) and you can learn a bit more about me here.

What People Say

When I felt lost, Mae was the one person who helped me find my way again. Working with her helped me so much and gave me my life back. When I start to worry about what the future holds, I know that the work we did together has equipped me to handle that too. Mae, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I hadn’t laughed in so long, that first time we laughed until tears rolled down my face. I will admit, i wasn’t sure what working with a “life coach” would be like, but this time with Mae truly did give me the tools I needed to love my life again, even when things were hard.

I love Mae, and the guides she’s published. Her personal stories and gentle guidance walk the reader through the tender places of feeling unworthy, on birthdays and all the days that lead up to them. I always learn something about myself when I read your guides and feel so much better afterward! Personally and as your reader, I feel seen and heard and empowered to make my birthdays better. You give your reader permission to ASK for the desires of their hearts while shining a light on the true gift, which is of course, all of us.
